Skill Based routing Multiple Skills

I'm trying to route a case based on multiple skills. The sample Apex code provided by Salesforce https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=omnichannel_skills_based_routing_define_apex_action_class.htm&type=5 routes based on one skill English or French or Spanish. What if I wanted to use another field such as priority as a skill and say French and P1
