Flow component not visible to some users

I have a flow component on my opportunity lightning page layout and non admin users cannot see it. I have already checked the users flow permissions and they are active. These users can successfully see and use other flows, but this flow component is not showing up for them. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to make it visible?

Did you check "Set Component Visibility" Filters?

Yes. I do have visibility filters set, but the users that are trying to access this flow, whoudl still see it within the set criteria. I am also using simmilar visibility component filters for these users on other objects flow components, and those work.

Hmm, What does this flow do. I suspect that these users don't have visibility on the objects/fields used in the flow. did you check object and field level permission?

This flow creates an record in a custom object. The user is assigned a permission set that gives them access to this object. They are able to see the records after creation and edit those records.

Do you have the same lightning page layout for everyone?

I figured this out! One of the fields I was using in my component visibility filter, is a field that is populated on the back end via process builder and I don't want users changing it. Therefore, that field is hidden to all users. That being said, becuase the users don't have visibility accesss to that field, the component visibility filter wasn't working properly. I had no idea that would matter! To correct this, I gave them access, but made it read only and it worked.
