Excel sheet - SF Opportunity

I have a need to integrate an Excel sheet with a corresponding Opportunity with a 1-1 relatioship. My research to-date has yielded solutions that allow for data manipulation en masse. Can anyone offer a direction for me here? Thanks!!

    I appreciate the suggestion and quick response, Scott! Currently working with it and having some struggles with the install. I'll update this post when I get this running. Thanks again..
