Refused to run the JavaScript URL because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'nonce-032a7430-abba-9676-3414-bc716a97a74f'

I am using ringcentral salesforce integration when i click on (click to dial)  it is not working.

 

 

Refused to run the JavaScript URL because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'nonce-032a7430-abba-9676-3414-bc716a97a74f' chrome-extension: 'unsafe-eval' https://sfdc.azureedge.net *.visualforce.com https://ssl.gstatic.com/accessibility/ https://static.cs62.salesforce.com". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-...'), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.

    I find solution for this by Make ringcentral as default app for calling

    Refused to run the JavaScript URL because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'nonce-0137ae49-e851-4696-e48f-94f884b2d1c7' chrome-extension: 'unsafe-inline' 'unsafe-eval' https://sfdc.azureedge.net *.cs20.visual.force.com https://ssl.gstatic.com/accessibility/". Note that 'unsafe-inline' is ignored if either a hash or nonce value is present in the source list.

    We are currently seeing this with Newvoice Media. The click to dial within standard objects works, but use the lightning click to dial in a custom lightning application throws that same error.

    hello, i have another app for calling (not ringcentral), is there an option in Salesforce to put my app as default app ?

    You can do it from ringcentral setting. There is a option to set it as default

    Hi Ajith,

     

    Have you tried to add the third party into CSP site in salesforce environment?
