Quickbooks POS and Salesforce

I'm looking for a way to import our Quickbooks Point of Sale data into Salesforce. When we go to export the Customer List from QBPOS, we see the Customer ID number but when we go to export a donation list from QBPOS, the Customer ID number is nowhere to be found. I'm hoping someone out there has encountered this with QBPOS before and can help. The alternative is trying to match it up by other means (which I believe will cause more errors) or manual entry (which I want to avoid).
