Professional Entity Type - Avention search filter

Hello kind people :)     I have a small dilemma regarding the entity type when creating the list in Avention. Can anybody describe what Professional type of company is and provide a link to the official explanation?     Thank you a lot.     Enjoy!

    I can't seem to find any resource here related to Entity Types. May I know if this is something that is integrated within your Salesforce org?
