Hi All, looking for some advice.

My organisation uses SalesCloud and I've just discovered we have Salesforce Inbox too. We are not currently using the apps efficiently and I would like to get my teams using them more to get the full benefit.

Does anyone have recommendations on whether I should get the Lead Gen, Sales, & Customer Success teams to download Salesforce Inbox AND Salesforce1 apps? Or is one or the other sufficient?

If anyone has links to any documentation/videos on usability and benefits of each I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance, Jess

They really do different things - Salesforce Inbox allows you to send emails, get read notifications, track opens, insert calendar availability, and a bunch of other email related tools + the benefit of being able to navigate and find records within Salesforce.

I think for Sales teams, inbox may be the superior product + they can use it with outlook or gmail.
