We currently have Service Cloud licenses in our org but not Live Agent.  We are wanting a way to communicate directly with out clients.  Curious to hear how others have setup customer support for Service Cloud Agents with or without the use of Live Agent.

    Chat, regardless of the vendor, is a great way to allow your customers to contact Support. Do you have specific questions?
