I have read everything I can get my hands on. We currently have workflow rules that assign users based on the state and they have to be updated if someone moves or leaves the company. We do need to move to account teams, as these are currently in lookup fields on the account layout. I've been asked to determine if TM is a good fit. We do not have forecasting enabled and we are in classic with plans to move to lightning possibly this year. Our OWD is private for accounts with Read only sharing rules to all users and some extending read/write when necessary, many times for access to related custom objects or to convert leads. Overall our account maintenance is centrailized in sales ops and our users do not maintain them. What questions do I need to answer to decide if we need TM or ETM? I realize ETM will not work in Lightning so that may be a deal breaker, I doubt we would want to turn on forecasting just for access to TM. And I have read the decision guide. Sooooo, just looking for more basic input. :) Thanks!
