I'm having a problem with Customer Community. We're building Case Management module as a first phase of community. Since almost our entire Case life cycle is done by emails, and emails do not have the attribute of public/private, I've removed the emails related list from the Case page layout.

 

However, when performing general search from the search bar within the community, some attachments results are returned which are sometimes attached to email messages - hence giving backdoor access for the customer of emails he shouldn't be.

 

This is very critical for us. All my research of setting sharing rules on Email messages brought up nothing.

 

What's my best practice for this issue? Please advise.
