+1 Craig.
You will have to create your sales processes in the target org. Usually, a sales process would be associated with an opportunity record type. After manually creating your sales processes, you can deploy the changeset with the associated record type.

Hope this helps.

Sales Processes aren't available in Outbound Change Sets:

Thanks. I read that and didnt see it on there, but I just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing anything.

Also, I added Demo Meeting as a Meeting Type (or Event Type) I dont see that on the SF link either. Is this something that is also not available for Change Sets?

Hi Swapna, I guess your are referring to Event Record Types. If so, Record Types can be added to changesets.

If you prefer not to recreate the process, you can add the record types to the change set and then click "View/Add Dependencies" and it your processes will appear in the list.

@Curtis, I did that and added also the field dependecies - Business Process, which I though will be the sales process, but it did not appear to be. Therefore, after migration I realized that the stages that were created in the source sanbox were not migrated to the destination. I am not able to figure out how to migrate that. Thanks

To add a business process to a change set you have to click add and the append the url at the end with &entityType=BusinessProcess

@Courtney ,
I was struggling for this. Tried the way by appending URL at the end. And it actually worked beautifully. Thank you !!
