We use Communities and have enabled chatter. How do we change some of our community user licences to not show as 'Customer' (screenshot attached)

The example is that in our company, we don't require a salesforce licence for every employee.  Instead, we have some employees that go through our Community Portal to raise tickets and discussion.  In this scenario, our employees profile, and any comments they make have a name + (Customer).  How do we change (Customer)... I imagine there is a way because if not, it's rather silly to assume a user is a customer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would look into changing the license type for the employees. Instead of using a communities portal license could you give them a Chatter license?
