Our org has about 80 independent sales reps with partner community licenses, and they need to be able to view all activities (both open and historic) for the accounts, opportunities, and contacts they own. Generally, the reps are the only ones creating and completing activities for these accounts; however, our internal Customer Service Users (full SFDC Service Cloud licenses) do interact with these accounts on a regular basis.
Our Community users need to be able to see the activities Service Users are logging and completing.
So far I have tried:
Sharing Rules to share all cases and accounts owned by Customer Service Users with the community users.
Relating the Activity to the Parter Community User with the "Related To:" lookup using the new multiple contacts/accounts on activities feature.
Changing the Accounts and Cases OWD to Public Read Only.
A "View All" permission set on Activities. -> this permission set cannot be assigned to Community Users because they cannot have view all permissions.
Please help!
Thank you :)
