I wanted to check if anyone has implemented a solution to store Salesforce Case attachments to an on-premise Managed FTP Server (e.g. GlobalScape)

 

 

Ability to store all Case attachments (email-to-case or diretly from Salesforce Cases tab or from Partner Portal), send email with attachment from a Case) to GlobalScape automatically.

 

 

Abilty to handle case attachments over 10MB (e.g. 30MB-1GB)

 

We tried FTP Attachments app but it has limitation of 10MB for hosted version. 

 

 

Has anyone tried something similar and how did you handle it?

    Yes, the issue was resolved. We are able to attach files upto 1GB to cases (including emai2case) using FTP Attachments App from Enzigma. The files are stored in our on-premise GlobalScape server. It has been working fine for last 2 years.
