Hello,

I had set up an Outlook configuration for my users that included a sync for Contacts, Events, and Tasks.  The users do not want the Events and Tasks synced however, but would like to keep the Contacts synced.  Is there a way to unsync all calendar events and tasks to push that data out of Salesforce?

Thanks!

Thanks for the response.  I actually figured out a pretty simple way of deleting.  I went to Data Management -> Mass Delete Records -> Mass Delete Activities and filtered by the user in question.  It was simple to figure out which came over from Outlook because they had both times and dates whereas my users only use tasks so there are no times with the activities that were created in SF.  I selected all of those activities with times and then did the delete.

I don't think that's going to be very easy.   You can't 'delete' from the Outlook side (obviously), so the only other choice I can think of is using Salesforce reporting and then Data Loader or some other tool (dataloader.io, Jitterbit Data Loader for Salesforce, others....) to identify the Activities you don't want and delete them from the database.  You can learn about Data Loader under Admin Setup->Data Management->Data Loader.
