Hi,

You can add section in the layout.

Below are the steps:

1. Go to the Page Layout

For Standard Object: Setup->Object Name -> Page Layout

For Custom Object: Setup -> Objects -> Object name -> PageLayout

2. Drag the section to the layout and drop it when it shows the green check mark (you can move section)

3. Name the section and chosse its properties and Click OK

4. Now add fields in the similar manner by dragging it into that section and Save the layout
