Multiple Questions, Can anyone get on a call?

Can anyone get on call, I am a new sales force user and I have a few questions that I need help with. I have a dial in confrence number so none of us are sharing eachothers numbers; if you have a privacy concern. I can post it if you wish.

Run a report that alerts me of when I haven't called anyone someone in 90 days.

 

Create letters in Sales Force, maybe just create emails.

 

Proper way to log calls.

 

How to set up call tasks for future calls.

 

How to edit multiple account or contacts at the same time, such as changing the city on 10 contacts all at the same time, or adding the State to 15 new contacts.

 

How to create an exact duplicate of a contact and then just change the name and email address. Essentially the mailing address would stay the same.

 

Does changing the address in the account, change the address in the contact?
