Brand new to SF and working to customize for my firm. I can't seem to figure out how to customize the list of items that appear in the Force.com apps drop down in the upper right. I'd love to disable teh standard apps, but that doesn't seem possible, so as another alternative, I would like to limit which apps individual users or profile groups can view. I am using professional version and it seems that I don't have much flexibility when it comes to profiles.
Is there any way to achieve that?

Thanks for the response. I don't seem to have any options related to editing profiles or cloning them. Perhaps its a limitation of professional edition??
