Master record with two children. reporting and printing question.

I want to show a summary report grouped by A Record and under it, show each of its children's details.

A record
   B record
   C record

I realize the difficulty in reporting this because column headers would be all funky, but still.. i would want to give it a shot.

Is this not possible though?

Currently I only see the ability to do:

A record
   B record
      C record

This is all so my peoples can print some reports out for a review process. Any workarounds someone can suggest? I think i could do this through Conga Composer easily but I'd rather not send our folks to MS Word or PDF, or have them managing another template just for this.

Thanks

It is not possible at this moment unless you turn to Visual Force pages and APEX to create output on this way.

But there is idea that you can vote and one day...
