can you delete unresolved items

I have contacts in my unresolved items that I would like to delete, is this possible?

    Yes you can do that from your Contacts object. Unresolved items are still saved in the Cloud under their respective object type. If you make a list view of your Contacts that are not hooked to an Account that should show you the records you are inquiring about.
