How to list/export the entire time based workflow queue?

Setup | Administration Setup | Monitoring | Time Based Workflow only lets you see 1000 queued actions at a time.

Is there a way of listing or exporting the complete queue?

I've done some research and the results aren't looking too good. I even tried to pull the data from the API but it simply does not exist. 

Even the help article doesn't give us any hint regarding the matter. This leads me to believe that we are stuck between a rock and a hard place on this one...

Wish I had some better news for you, I'm sure you could open a case and request it through SFDC but no guarantee on this one. Let me know if you do that and find anything out.

Go to MONITOR, Time-based Workflow, then add your criteria.

How I can export the Pending Queue , My requirement is New to Update the Time Based Workflow Condition , for this I need to clear all pending actions . 

I want to clear Queue before that I need to Export queue ( Queue size >1000) . please suggest

The original question was posted 6 years ago.  I wonder if there been any platform improvements that may allow more functionality to administer these pending items? 

The Time-Based Workflow screen is very limited and caps out at 1000 per day when queried:

You have reached the maximum number (1,000) of deletable Workflow Queue at one time

I understand that this screen is an edit screen and needs to limit to 1000 but this makes querying/reporting/counting items when more items exist impossible.

There is a time period we are approaching with many scheduled timed workflow actions.  It would be helpful if we could query these pending items and get more complete results so we can understand the impact to our quotas.  I know there is more than 1000 per day for some days but how man more?  Is it possible to get just a count of pending actions by scheduled day?  Possibly grouped by Workflow Rule or User?

Is there anything new available in the API or exposed in an object to query these pending items?

We are only looking to report on the details of what is going to happen.
