We have one enterprise edition login and a couple of force.com login accounts. We plan to invest into an IVR system and integrate the same with our current salesforce application. I need advise from experts here as to whether we'll be able to integrate a IVR system with the force.com and/or salesforce professional ediition logins without any extra add-ons. Purchasing add-ons or enterprise logins goes way beyond the budget constraints set by the company, so we need to be sure before investing into a IVR accordingly.
