How do I mass convert leads to contacts with multiple company names?

I downloaded the Mass Lead Converter and it works great if you want to convert multiple leads from the same company. Not sure how it would convert leads that have different company names all at once. And it would need to check to see if the account already existed in SF. If it does exist, it should add it to the current account. If not, it should create a new account. I am trying to keep the lead history so exporting and reimporting the leads as contacts will not work.Is there another appexchange app that would do all this?
