Hi,
As per the error message, there is a field "Route Name" whose data value is too large.
So, you need to increase the Length of the text.

Set Up> Create> Objects> from the object list choose the object.
Then edit the field and increase the length.

Hope it helps!

Kind Regards,
Sourav.

The error is because of the long "Route Name" . Thecommon issue when importing is that addresses often have commas in them which screw up CSV files; that can often cause what seem to be corrupt rows.  The fix for this is to export the CSV with text qualifiers like quotes, so that each entry is quoted.  Data Loader can handle this so it considers commas inside quotes to be different than commas outside quotes.

So my suggestion is to upload using Dataloader as it is a little more robust than web based import tools such as import wizard  . Data Loader outputs a log which will actually tell you which rows are good and which are bad, so if you're using that, have a look at the logs and then check your file for unclean rows.

You can download Apex Data Loader from within the Salesforce.com Setup pages.

The data you are trying to import is too long, shorten it or make Route Name field's length longer.
Even if you import this data, Salesforce will truncate the

if this field is a standard name field, then you can't increase its length to more than 80 characters

Hello IPC Admin,

I think the problem is with the lenght of Route Name field. it seems that its exceding thing lenght. check the lenght of the field.

++Atul, The data you are trying to import is too long. So Salesforce will take first 80 character of that field. If this is Standard Name field then you can't increase the length of this field.
