Yes, still having the issue. We are a customized enterprise set-up if that is what you mean by set-up. Individual users set up My Email to Salesforce.
In this instance. a user sent a message to a group of business contacts. The email is saved to each contacts activity history. But in the history, the "Name" that shows up is just one person that was on the list and not that person at that company. Here is a cut and paste to try to show. The name Kim Meyer is one of the people on the group email but is the name that appears on ALL of the contacts activity history.
This screen shot below shows two emails that were sent to Bob Wills but the Name shows Kim Meyer who works for another company. Is there a setting to make sure it shows the right contact or maybe a setting that says Group Email issted of a name?
