I use VR and my data has grown enormous and the largest usage comes from VR history contact. I was told you have to use the data export so I can get the record ID.

 

So I tried the data expart and it is only allowing me to export monthly. There does not seem to be any way to export a data range or anything...I am brand new to data export so as much as I read I cannot understand it.

 

I am an an administrator and at this point in time the only user of SF so I should be able to do all that I have to with data export. I know this is only step one to getting the data deleted. Then I have to do this on a regular basis to manage the sixe of my data. Can anyone help me?

    I am trying to do the same thing.  The VR Email History Contact takes up over half our data limit in Salesforce.  What I want to make sure of is that if someone unsubscribed in Vertical Response it doesn't change that information.
