Oh ok, did you create a second page layout as I previously mentioned (step 3)? If so:

1) In Setup Group Layouts > click on Page Layout Assignment > click on Edit Assignment

2) Click on the Post record type to highlight the page layout assignment for all profiles > select the appropriate page layout in the dropdown (the one with that has the Post action before Question) > click Save

3) Wait 20-30 seconds and test

It should be "lightning__AppPage" and not "lightning_AppPage". It should use a double underscore.

Hi George,

You cannot use the MailingAddress field. That is a special field. Replace that with the Street:

Contact__r.MailingStreet  + BR() +
 Contact__r.MailingCity  + ", "+
 Contact__r.MailingState  +" " +
 Contact__r.MailingPostalCode  + BR() +

I can't get passed challenge 6 in the Business Administration Specialist superbadge.

Here is the error:  Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
Couldn't find the necessary multiple-choice post.

The requirement was "Within the collaboration space, create a multiple-choice post gauging the team’s familiarity with residential market products. Use the question "Which product are you most comfortable selling?" with the options Home Array, Home Battery, Home Starter Kit, and Home Starter Kit Deluxe." The only thing I can think of is a poll? But this isn't multiple choice. Am I missing something obvious??

I created the poll again and this time it worked! Issue resolved!

Is it possible to change a user from salesforce back to chatter free on the licence? I know it can be done the other way round.... Help please

I can only suggest you to deactivate the Salesforce User & then activate the User with Chatter Free User license because the Salesforce license type Users can only be Upgraded but not degraded which is reverse for Chatter free license User.

Hope it helps you.

I've come accross a strange issue when I switched over to Omni channel to route our Live Agent chats. After I changed the routing type on the chat button to "Omni-Channel Queues" and added the new code to our website, we had issues with the chat window appearing in our Service Console so that our agents could chat with our end users. The were able to accept the chats, but not able to see what was being written or respon back since the chat window didn appear. So far I can figure out why that would happen. We're currently in classic still and working towards Lightning.

I understand but yet I don't. Salesforce support just confirmed it in my support case with them. "If the agents are working on multiple browsers at the same time, there is a high possibility the Chat will not work as Live Agent and Omni-channel are real-time products".

The also sent me this:

Has anyone successfully created a process builder that can @mention a community member on a record that the community member can see? The catch - the post itself is written by an internal user based on the fact that it’s kicked off via a process and therefore automatically posts just to the record without any care for the channel in which it is posting making it invisible to the community user…

I used flow (called through process builder):

Target name or ID would be the record Id in your case.

You should be able to @mention the community user in the message.

Hi, currently there is no way to assign campaign member ownership. I would like reporting to in the same page as lead and contacts for campaign member. Today, I have to create two diff reports for for tracking leads (their status) and contacts (their status if they were added to the campaigns). From campaign member standpoint it does not matter if member is lead or contact. That can give me a single view if I have same kind of fields (like lead status/conatct status, sales accepted Yes/no) means I can report on campaign members rather than on leads and contacts seperately.

Is there a way that I can create a custom ownership field on campaign member record that is based on lead or contact owner (I mean that reference the owner from contact and lead record?)

Thank you!

Hey Mit - Add a new formula field to your campaign member object with the return type of Text.
This will be the formula:
 Lead.Owner:User.FirstName + " " + Lead.Owner:User.LastName,
 Contact.Owner.FirstName + " " + Contact.Owner.LastName
